What documents do I need to bring?

Bring the unsigned document and a valid, current government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID). Do not sign the document before we meet — most notarial acts require you to sign in front of the notary.

What is remote online notarization (RON)?

RON lets you complete a notarization over secure video. You'll upload your document, verify your identity through the platform, and meet the notary live by video. The session is recorded and stored as required by Arkansas law. Most documents qualify, but a few (like wills in some states) cannot be notarized remotely.

Yes. Mobile notarizations at hospitals, nursing homes, jails, and similar facilities are part of our standard service area. The signer must be conscious, of sound mind, and able to communicate clearly that they understand what they are signing.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule any time up to 2 hours before your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 2 hours and no-shows are non-refundable; we hold your appointment slot for you and travel time/setup time has been committed.
