Services

We provide notarial services only. Arkansas Notaries provides notarial services only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Fees are disclosed before booking and must be agreed upon before any notarial act, per Arkansas law.

Booking, payment, and cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time via your confirmation link. Cancellations within 2 hours and no-shows forfeit the reserved slot. Payment is typically cash at the appointment (or as arranged for online sessions). When card payment is offered and used, prepaid fees for late cancel or no-show are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific appointment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
