Arkansas Notaries("we," "us," or "our") operates arnotaries.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website or book notary services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, document type, location (for mobile appointments), and messages you submit through our contact form. Scheduling is handled through Cal.com (calendar booking). When card payments are enabled, payment data is processed by Stripe. Today, most appointments are paid in cash at the appointment.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store information

Contact forms, interest forms, and booking intake records are stored in Google Sheets accessible only to the business owner. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers. When Stripe is used, card data is handled by Stripe. RON session records are maintained by our approved RON platform as required by law.
